Estimator/Sr. Estimator –  Baltimore, MD & Pittsburgh, PA
Position Summary:
Gather, calculate and compile data to and produce construction cost estimates for public and private bid proposals. Work with a team of estimators, project managers and superintendents to complete estimates timely and accurately.

The position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field, a minimum of 5 years experience with heavy civil construction, demonstrated experience in preparing successful construction bids ranging from $50,000 to $50,000,000, experience with at least two of the following competencies: structures, roadwork, marine, earthwork, piling and foundations, demolition, and utilities, knowledge of HCSS required, knowledge of P6 preferred.

Project Superintendents – Baltimore, MD & Pittsburgh, PA
Position Summary:
The Project Superintendent directs all field construction or demolition activities and personnel to insure that the assigned projects meet budget, schedule and safety objectives.

A minimum of ten years experience in supervisory positions in one or more of the following areas: Bridge demolition construction projects; Heavy highway bridge construction projects that included concrete structures, large scale excavation, roadways, and pipe work; Heavy civil construction projects that included concrete foundations, excavation, excavation support including sheeting and piling, utilities, steel structures, and marine.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret construction documents; effective communication skills; knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to lead and manage small to midsized project teams; good organization, multi-tasking, leadership and decision-making skills; and the ability to travel as required.  Candidates that only have experience with commercial and/or residential construction and demolition will not be considered.
